Personal requirements
If you are accompanied by a personal assistant (PA) and/or a sign language interpreter (SLI), you need to pay for their attendance in your registration form and then make a separate registration for the SLI or PA.
Cancellations and Refund policy for Registration
Written notification of cancellation and refund must be received before October 11, 2024 to ud2024@bufdir.no. The cancellation charge is NOK 500. No refunds will be given after October 11, 2024. All refunds will be made after the Conference.

Letter of Invitation?
Fill in the “Letter of Invitation request” in the registration form if you need such letter to obtain a visa to Norway. Information about visa requirements for Norway is available here: https://www.udi.no/en/want-to-apply/visit-and-holiday/visitors-visa-to-norway/
“Letter of Invitation” are sent to participants who have registered and paid their participation.
Recording, streaming, and photography
Please note that filming and photography will be taking place during the UD2024 conference for educational, promotional and archival purposes. The photographs and recordings made are likely to appear on Bufdirs websites, printed and online publicity, social media, press releases or in any third-party publication.
Participants waive any right to inspect or approve any images or recordings and any matter regarding how they may be used. Bufdir owns all images and/or recordings associated with the UD2024 Conference and reserves all rights related to them. Unauthorized use of Bufdir-owned images and recordings is strictly prohibited.
Please contact the event organiser prior to the event or notify the registration desk upon arrival if you have any concerns or do not wish to be filmed.
